How long will the order take to arrive?

Please allow 3-7 working days for processing your order before shipment.

Please understand that the processing time (by our company) doesnot include the shipping time (by shipping company). In other words, delivery time = processing time + shipping time.

You will be notified with an email once your order has been shipped. Each order should have an associated tracking number (or more if your order is shipped separately).

365 DepotĀ is unable to control delivery speed of the carrier. Different countries have different delivery time.

What should I do if the received item is damage?

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Buyers are required to provide photographic evidence of the product defects to support@365depot.com.

Can I get replacement for the damaged item?

Yes, within 7 days upon receiving the item. If the defect is valid, we will send another replacement to you.
